Here’s a picture walk-through of a bathroom remodel we did in Roswell. We ended up gutting the laundry room and putting it back together when we noticed 2 fire hazards during demo.
Old shower Installed shelf to cover washer drain line Synthetic felt underlayment and an extra 3 1/2″ for the bench Shower liner installed and base poured Red-Guard Waterproofing Wall tile going up Glass tile inlay Tile before grouting PVC trim accent at ceiling Marble floors, walls, with glass tile inlays, new toilet, new trim, and a fresh coat of paint! The clear shower curtain is easier for her to get in and out of with their small space Dryer duct blowing lint into crawlspace next to kinked copper gas line! Kinked dryer duct catches lots of lint! Gas line kink removed and changed to black steel pipe running through wall using a licensed plumber! Dryer vent re-routed through the roof with proper goose-neck vent, proper gas or electrical wall options for dryer, new floor drywall patching, paint and trim.
